FISHING OLD ROAD BEDS ?

HI , i am a bass angler in search of old road beds on topographic maps for reservoir impoundments. I type in a lakes name and up pops the lake. i see that there are roads on land that lead into the water and reconnect to the other side of the lake. It in the direct center of the map the road crosses the creek and then reconnects across the bank. Am i looking at a potential road bed because bass love roadbeds.
